Slitter Rewinder
Slitting and rewinding is a precision converting process that divides wide master rolls into multiple narrower rolls of specific widths. By using shear or razor cutting technologies, slitter-rewinders ensure clean edges and consistent roll tension, making them essential for preparing flexible materials like paper, film, and foil for downstream production.
Our Slitter Rewinder is a vertical-type solution designed for the precision slitting and rewinding of large-diameter materials. It is engineered to handle various substrates, including kraft paper, cardboard, laminated paper, silicone oil paper, aluminum foil, and non-woven materials.
Features
- Tension Control: Utilizes vector/servo motors to maintain automatic constant tension throughout the center winding process.
- Stability: Equipped with variable frequency speed regulation to ensure smooth acceleration and stable high-speed operation up to 400m/min.
- Intelligent Monitoring: Integrated with automatic meter counting and alarm systems to minimize downtime and material waste
- Rewinding Structure: Features a dual A/B air-expansion shaft configuration with a motorized chain-driven discharge system for convenient and efficient finished roll unloading.
- Unwinding Correction: Equipped with an automatic web guiding and correction system to ensure precise slitting, even when processing irregular or unevenly wound base materials.
- Precision Slitting: Features a circular knife slitting system with a high-pressure blower for automatic waste edge discharge.
- Automated Roll Loading: Includes a shaftless hydraulic loading system for mater rolls.
