Manufacturing

We own a manufacturing facility that covers 15,000-square-meters, focused on the production of extrusion coating and laminating machinery, as well as other packaging and converting equipment. Over the years, we have built our business around product development, precision manufacturing, and global service, allowing us to support customers with both equipment production and follow-up needs. We follow the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system throughout production, and our core products have passed CE certification. This is also one of the reasons our packaging and converting machinery is accepted in a wide range of international markets.

Manufacturing
Our Production Process

Our production process focuses on careful manufacturing and quality control at every stage, covering three main parts:

Close control of parts and components

Specialized assembly for core production stages

Comprehensive testing before delivery

Workshop Quality Control
Workshop Quality Control

Our workshop is divided into separate areas for raw materials, assembly work, semi-finished parts, and non-conforming items, which helps prevent parts from being mixed together and reduces the risk of assembly errors. We also keep a quality alert area on site to share recent assembly issues, such as vibration caused by loose fasteners, so the whole team stays more aware of quality during daily work.

Die installation, temperature control system setup, and tension control system calibration are handled by experienced engineers, each with more than five years of practical experience.
Assembly Area

Assembly procedures are done according to standardized working methods, focusing on structural stability, precise installation, and the operating consistency required for reliable coating performance. The assembly process mainly includes the following steps:

  • Initial Assembly: We carry out initial assembly according to technical drawings, covering the frame, transmission system, and other main sections of the coating and laminating line to ensure a stable and reliable structure.
  • Installation of Key Components: Our experienced technicians are in charge of the installation of critical parts such as the die head, temperature control system, and tension mechanism. CNC positioning equipment is used during this stage to keep important tolerances under control, including parallelism and concentricity.
  • Quality Checks Throughout Assembly: Each stage of assembly includes operator checks and routine inspections as part of the overall quality control process. Once assembly is completed, electrical circuits and piping are also tested and adjusted to prepare the line for dynamic testing and final factory acceptance.

Equipment Testing

Testing is carried out on every extrusion coating line before delivery, including static inspection, production simulation, and safety checks. This helps confirm that the line is ready to be installed and put into operation.

  • Static InspectionOur inspection team checks the overall appearance, structure, and parameter settings to make sure the packaging and converting lines match the required design standards.
  • Production Simulation TestActual production conditions at the customer’s site are recreated through a testing platform, where continuous extrusion coating trials are carried out according to the substrate types the coating and laminating lines is intended to process. During the test, coating thickness uniformity, speed stability, and scrap rate are monitored in real time to evaluate overall running performance.
