The extrusion coating & lamination line applies molten resin onto substrates to create high-strength, multi-layer composite materials for specialized packaging. We offer turrent tandem extrusion lamination machine features an operational speed of 240m/min, specifically engineered for coating and laminating with LDPE, PP, and other coating-grade resins. It is optimized for substrates including light-weight paper, aluminum foil, and non-woven fabrics. The line is widely utilized in medical packaging, food-grade films, office stationery packaging, and construction materials.

Equipped with three high-power corona treaters to increase surface energy and peel strength for subsequent processing. - Extrusion Unit
Incorporates US-developed screw and static mixing. The T-die extrusion ensures stable flow and neat film edges without splitting. - Triple Roller Lamination Compounding Unit
Features large-diameter rollers with dual-layer flow channels (temp variance < ±1°C). Silicone and back-pressure rollers ensure rapid cooling and bond quality. - Edge Trimming Unit
Removes excess material edges precisely to ensure consistent finished web width. - Automatic Friction Winder
Dual-station winding with PLC/servo-controlled cutting. Includes automated air-shaft loading and unloading for labor-reduced operation.
