Platinum Polymers Pvt. Ltd.
Our work with Platinum Polymers Pvt. Ltd. started in 2008, and since then the relationship has developed into a strong partnership in the Indian market. More than just a customer, Platinum has played an important role in helping us support local business development in India.
Mr. Mitesh has been involved in the plastics machinery field for many years and has a good understanding of the Indian market. His experience makes local communication smoother and gives customers more direct support when needed. Working with Platinum over the years has also helped us understand the market better and stay closer to customer needs in India. Below are a few photos of machines that have been running there:
Our cooperation with Mcpack began in 2012, when they purchased our JDCPE-65*2/1000 stretch film line. In the following year, Mr. Sergio also purchased a stretch film rewinder. As demand in the local market continued to grow, we later introduced our newer stretch film line design at his factory in 2015, with an output of 300–350kg/h. Below are a few photos of the machine and the finished product.
After the JDCPE-80/60 stretch film line was successfully launched at Ruiver Envases Y Embalajes, S.L. in 2014, Mr. Francisco Ruiz was pleased with the machine quality and expressed interest in continuing to work with us on additional equipment. That led to the purchase of two sets of blown film extrusion equipment in 2015. Our engineer is scheduled to visit the factory this April for commissioning and testing, and we hope everything goes smoothly as the new equipment is put into operation. Below are a few photos from the project.
The first trial order was in 2006 for our plastic thermoforming production line. The latest order was in 2015 for our plastic sheet extruder. During these years, we kept in touch with Mr. Sajjad all the time, and we offered quite a few moulds, accessories and services. This enables us to trust each other. Based on this, we build a long-term business relationship as well as a good friendship.
CABUK, a prominent packaging manufacturer from Turkey, established a strategic partnership with us in December 2025, acquiring a customized 3.8-meter multi-functional extrusion lamination machine. Engineered to meet their demands for diverse packaging materials, this extrusion laminating machine features a dual-process operational mode that seamlessly handles both BOPP film-to-woven fabric lamination and BOPP film-to-paper lamination. By integrating these two processes into a single system, this extrusion coating and lamination line achieved true "all-in-one" manufacturing versatility and significantly reduced their initial capital expenditure on new coating laminating lines.
This Indian customer established a strategic partnership with us in May 2025, and purchased in a 1.3-meter double-sided non-woven extrusion coating and laminating line. This non-woven coating equipment delivers critical double-sided coating and laminating capabilities for their non-woven production line. Engineered for exceptional stability and performance, this double-sided coating and laminating line provides a reliable manufacturing foundation to secure the production of premium waterproof and barrier-resistant non-woven packaging materials.
These photos capture a few more moments from customer visits, exhibitions, and face-to-face meetings over the years.
