This petal type flexo press is engineered specifically for the eco-friendly packaging industry, serving diverse applications in food and medical sectors including paper bags, cartons, paper cups, pre-printed corrugated boxes, express bags, and liquid packaging. It is compatible with a wide range of substrates such as kraft paper, cardstock, coated paper, multi-wall paper, laminated composites, non-woven fabrics, and heavy paperboard.
The flexo printing machine features a petal-style quick-change plate mounting structure, enabling highly efficient exchange of plate and anilox rollers through a simplified "one-touch" operational design that ensures the nip position is locked accurately in a single pass.
Furthermore, the full-servo shaftless drive system, integrated with automatic pre-registration and pre-inking functions, maintains stable color alignment during acceleration and deceleration. This significantly reduces setup times and material waste while enhancing overall production efficiency and consistent finished quality.
