Paper Coating and Laminating
G2 Double Sided, 210m/min
These double-sided extrusion coating and laminating lines can run at processing speeds of up to 180 m/min and are used in the production of laminated paper materials for medical packaging, food packaging, office and document packaging, construction-related packaging, and other paper-based composite applications. Coating-grade resins such as LDPE and PP are combined with paper substrates to build the required structure on both sides, which makes the coating and laminating lines suitable for products that need double-sided coating in continuous production.
- The extrusion coating and laminating line uses PLC and HMI system for centralized operation, combining the mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic sections in one integrated design so operators can follow the process more easily, monitor key operating data in real time, and keep production running steadily.
- Equipped with an imported die head to help maintain more precise coating thickness during operation, which is suitable for common paper substrates such as kraft paper and coated paper while also helping reduce material waste and support the production of standard high-quality coated paper.
- Different paper widths and thicknesses can be handled more easily thanks to the automatic die head lifting function, while the high-speed mixing unit helps maintain a more uniform material blend. The hydraulic screen changer and automatic feeding system also help reduce downtime during changeovers and make daily production more efficient.
- Production requirements can be matched more easily with the optional dry lamination system, which allows coating and basic lamination to be combined on the same setup. Single- and twin-extruder arrangements are also available for standard single and double sided coating processes commonly used in various coating and lamination products.
