Nonwoven Coating and Laminating
Double Sided, 220m/min
These double-sided extrusion coating and laminating lines are used for processing nonwoven materials with LDPE, PP, and similar coating-grade resins. During production, the resin is heated and applied to both sides of the nonwoven substrate to form coated and laminated structures for medical packaging, food packaging, construction-related materials, and other nonwoven-based composite applications. Processing speeds can reach up to 180 m/min, making this structure a practical choice for products that require double-sided coating on nonwoven materials.
- From unwinding to extrusion coating, laminating, and rewinding, the nonwoven laminating line is run through a PLC touchscreen system, so operators can set process values ahead of time, check faults while production is running, and keep an eye on the machine remotely without having to step in so often.
- With automatic tension control and photoelectric or infrared web guiding devices, the substrate can move more steadily at high speed, with less stretching loss and better edge alignment throughout production.
- The rewinding section is suitable for large rolls and high-speed operation, with automatic cutting, roll changing, and reel loading and unloading helping the process continue more smoothly with fewer stops and much better overall efficiency.
- PP, PE, EVA, and other coating resins can be used with woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, paper, aluminum foil, and other substrates, allowing the equipment to handle packaging products for different industries and applications.
