Paper Coating and Laminating
G2 Single Sided, 210m/min
Featuring processing speeds of up to 180 m/min, these single-sided extrusion coating and laminating lines are used for coating and laminating paper substrates with LDPE, PP, and other coating-grade resins. The resin is applied to one side of the paper to form coated and laminated materials for medical packaging, food packaging, office and document packaging, construction-related packaging, and other paper-based composite applications.
Features
- The PLC control system with touchscreen operation keeps the single side extrusion coating and laminating machine easier to manage from one place. Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic functions are built into the same setup, and key operating data can be checked during production to help reduce manual errors and keep the process running steadily.
- The imported die head helps keep the coating thickness more even, which is important when working with paper grades such as kraft paper and coated paper. Better control in this part of the process also helps reduce material waste and supports more consistent coating results.
- The automatic die head lifting function makes it easier to adapt the equipment to different paper widths and thicknesses, while the high-speed mixing unit helps maintain a more even material blend. Together with the hydraulic screen changer and automatic feeding system, these features help reduce changeover time and keep day-to-day production running more smoothly.
- Since production requirements vary from one product to another, the equipment can be configured to match different process needs. A dry lamination system can be added when coating and basic lamination need to be handled on the same setup, and single- or twin-extruder arrangements are available for regular single and double side coating applications.
